This is the title sequence from that Doris Day movie from 1969. I saw this on a TV on in a bar of all places, and had to have a closer look. I'm not sure who made this title sequence (I doubt it's Saul Bass) but it's definitely inspired by the man.
The best part about this is it turns out to be George Carlin's film debut!
